The American Fork Health Department will be temporarily closed on Monday, August 28, 2023, in order to repair the air conditioning system. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please visit one of our other clinics in Provo or Payson for services. The AF clinic is expected to reopen Tuesday, August 29th at 8 am.
