What: Breast Cancer Awareness Month Health Fair and Clinic

Description: Come help us celebrate the fight against breast cancer. The Wellness Clinic’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month Health Fair will offer free services, information, fun and prizes. Sponsored by the Utah County Health Department, the event will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 10 & 11, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Free screenings by appointment only are available for women ages 21-64 and include breast exams, pap smears, and free mammogram vouchers along with cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure checks for those who qualify. Other services that don’t need appointment include kidney function tests, vision screenings, skin cancer checks, fasting glucose tests, blood pressure tests, cancer prevention education, community resources, and other services provided by our vendors. Services are based on availability and subject to change.

The event will be held at the Utah County Health and Justice Building (151 S University Ave, Provo), Suites 1600 & 1709.
