The Benefits of Volunteering

Utah County is the proud sponsor of the Foster Grandparent and Senior Companion programs.  Volunteers serve Utah County children and home-bound seniors across Utah & Wasatch County. 

As a volunteer you will receive: 

  • Tax Free Stipend
  • Meal or Meal Reimbursement
  • Transportation or Mileage reimbursement
  • Ongoing Training 

People who volunteer live longer with better health!

Requirements:

  • 55 Years or Older
  • Serve a Minimum of 15 Hours Per Week 
  • Income Eligible
