Asthma Home Visit Program

In this FREE program, you will work with a Certified Health Educator to learn more about asthma and how to make your home allergy and asthma friendly. You will also receive a free mattress pad cover, pillow case cover, and allergy and asthma friendly cleaning supplies.

You qualify if you have any of the following:

Been to urgent care, the emergency room or hospital for asthma in the past year
Been on a course of oral steroids (like prednisone) in the past year
Have uncontrolled asthma
